RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - EAST BAY ECONOMIC

INITIATIVE

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Section 42-126-10 of the General Laws in Chapter 42-126 entitled "East

Bay Economic Initiative" is hereby amended to read as follows:

42-126-10. Sunset. -- The provisions of this chapter shall be repealed effective June 30,

2004 2009.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
