A N A C T

RELATING TO THE CITY OF WARWICK TO PLACE ON THE BALLOT A QUESTION AUTHORIZING $2,000,000 IN BONDS TO PURCHASE OPEN SPACE

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. The city of Warwick is hereby authorized to submit to the qualified electors

of the city of Warwick on the November 2004 general election ballot or the ballot for any

citywide election which might take place prior to the November 2004 election a question

authorizing two million dollars ($2,000,000) in bonds to purchase land for open space in the city

of Warwick.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
