A N A C T
ESTABLISHING A BOUNDARY (A
PORTION THEREOF) BETWEEN THE TOWNS OF COVENTRY AND WEST GREENWICH

It is enacted by the General
Assembly as follows:
SECTION
1. Pursuant to those powers enumerated in section 45-1-1, the general
assembly, at request of the
Coventry town council and the West Greenwich town council, hereby
determines that the extent and the
boundary between the town of Coventry and the town of West
Greenwich, from that point along
the town of East Greenwich boundary, west of New London
Turnpike, at the center point of
the Centre of New England Boulevard, to that point at the center
of Hopkins Hill Road, at the
intersection of Mishnock Road, is established in accordance with the
plan entitled "Town Line
Agreement Plan – Coventry/West Greenwich Rhode Island" as drawn
by John P. Caito, dated February
23, 2004. Said boundary shall be a straight line between the
point of beginning and the point
of ending.
SECTION
2. Said Caito plan shall be recorded in both the Coventry and the West
Greenwich Registry of Deeds.
SECTION
3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
