RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- INDICTMENTS, INFORMATIONS AND

COMPLAINTS

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 501 of the Public Laws of 2000 is hereby amended to

read as follows:

     This act shall take effect upon passage. and shall expire on January 15, 2003.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
