EXPRESSING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING JEANNE L. MOULAY

     WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this Senate has learned of the passing of Jeanne

2

L. Moulay, the loving companion of Bill Gilroy. Ms. Moulay was born in Woonsocket, the

3

daughter of the late Robert Moulay and Theresa Moulay Badeau; and

4

     WHEREAS, Ms. Moulay worked in the retail industry until her retirement. She was a

5

hardworking woman who strived tirelessly to provide for her family and loved ones; and

6

     WHEREAS, Ms. Moulay was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved nothing

7

more than spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoyed singing, dancing, and

8

spending time at the beach. She was also active following politics and working on campaigns and

9

the election polls; and

10

     WHEREAS, In addition to her companion, Bill Gilroy, Ms. Moulay leaves behind her

11

children, Lisa Angione, and Tammy Irwin and her husband, Frank Irwin. She also leaves behind

12

her siblings, Louise Megalli and her husband, Mak, Roger Moulay and his wife, Edith, Georgette

13

Paolantonio and her husband, Barry, Jackie Mozzicato and her husband, Jon, Sandra McGonagle

14

and her husband, Brian, Clement Badeau, Suzanne Badeau, and Donna Fontaine and her husband,

15

Gregory. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Heather Truesdale, Hannah Greenwood,

16

Christopher Schultz, and Amanda Daignault, two great-grandchildren, Cody and Aaliyah, and her

17

cousin, Claire Murphy. She was predeceased by her brother, Roger Badeau, sisters, Diane Badeau

18

and Michelle Nadeau, and grandson, Johnathon Deslauriers; now, therefore be it

19

     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island hereby expresses its deepest

20

condolences on the passing of Jeanne L. Moulay; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

2

transmit a duly certified copies of this resolution to Bill Gilroy, Lisa Angione and Tammy Irwin.
