EXTENDING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF PAUL AUDETTE | |

1 | WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this Senate has learned of the passing of Paul |
2 | Audette, a highly respected and widely admired member of the Pawtucket community, the |
3 | beloved husband of the late Marjorie Audette, and the father of Elaine Audette-DeCaporale, |
4 | Michael Audette, Christine "Tina" Audette, and Cheryl Fleming. He was also the very proud |
5 | grandfather of seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter; |
6 | and |
7 | WHEREAS, Born in the City of Central Falls, Mr. Audette was the son of the late |
8 | Alexander and Maryann Audette, and the brother of Rachel Czerwonka, Theresa Kopanski, |
9 | Gerald Audette, and the late Irene Pearson, Jean Paesano, Morris Audette, Yvonne Careful, |
10 | Dolores Brady, Robert Audette, Norman Audette, Cecelia Bruzzi, Arlene Charron, Patricia |
11 | Mancini; and |
12 | WHEREAS, For four decades, Mr. Audette had been the owner of Mother's Home Style |
13 | Catering, and had later worked in property management for Providence Metallizing before |
14 | retiring; and |
15 | WHEREAS, Mr. Audette was committed to helping others and serving his community. |
16 | He generously donated his time and talents to many individuals and altruistic endeavors |
17 | throughout his life and was inducted into the Pawtucket Hall of Fame, the Woonsocket French- |
18 | Canadian Hall of Fame, and was a member of the Pawtucket Rotary; and |
19 | WHEREAS, There is no doubt that Paul Audette, a caring and steadfast gentleman, left |
20 | Rhode Island a far better place because of his life’s endeavors. He enriched the lives of all who |

1 | knew him and he will be dearly missed; now, therefore be it |
2 | RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island hereby expresses our deepest |
3 | sympathies on the passing of Paul Audette. We moreover celebrate a life well-lived and an |
4 | admired and valued friend; and be it further |
5 | RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to |
6 | transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to Christine Audette, Cheryl Fleming, Michael |
7 | Audette, and Elaine Audette-DeCaporale. |
