RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Cynthia A. |
2 | Chester, Justice of the Peace in the State of Connecticut, may join Kacie Ann Chester and Cole |
3 | Whitehead in marriage within the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about July 3, 2022. |
4 | Cynthia A. Chester is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage |
5 | pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled |
6 | "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
