RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Alec Dalton |
2 | may join Olivia Phillips and Adam Dutra in marriage within the Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, on |
3 | or about October 16, 2021. Alec Dalton is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing |
4 | persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, |
5 | entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
