It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Peter |
2 | Monopoli may join Gabrielle LaBrie and Lee Stamas in marriage within the Town of Exeter, Rhode |
3 | Island, on or about July 9, 2021. Peter Monopoli is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
4 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the |
5 | General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
