RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable James D. Gleason, Circuit Court Justice, New Hampshire, may join Julia C. Scott and |
3 | Brandon T. Elliano in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about August 28, |
4 | 2021. The Honorable Justice James D. Gleason is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
5 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the |
6 | General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
