H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF CRAIG ROBERT

VALLIERE

     WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that this House has learned of the untimely passing

of Craig Robert Valliere, the son of Deborah Valliere-Lavoie and Neal Brian Lavoie, and the late

Paul Valliere; and

     WHEREAS, Craig spent most of his youth in West Warwick and was a graduate of West

Warwick High School. Continuing his education, he had earned an Electrical Degree from New

England Institute of Technology; and

     WHEREAS, Blessed with a large family, Craig was the grandson of Robert and Pauline

Valliere, and the late Rex and Anne Brown, and the brother of Alyssa Valliere, Emily Loomis,

and Amanda Loomis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and

     WHEREAS, For the past five years, Craig had resided in Minot, North Dakota, where he

enjoyed working as a cook for several local restaurants; and

     WHEREAS, Craig was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Boston Celtics, and

was best friends with Tori and Lucas Brown for many years; and

     WHEREAS, The most fitting tribute to Craig Valliere would be a celebration of his life, a

life in which each and every day was lived fully and joyfully embraced. He had a kind heart,

beautiful smile, and infectious laugh and he will be dearly missed; now, therefore be it

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and

Providence Plantations hereby expresses our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Craig Robert

Valliere; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Deborah and Neal Lavoie and Family.
