	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dr.
2	Charles A. Steinberg may join Jaclyn Marie Dempsey and Brent Crawford Wilks in marriage
3	within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about October 13, 2019. Dr. Charles A.
4	Steinberg is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant
5	to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
