LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE EFFICACY AND COST OF

IMPLEMENTING A RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR ALL MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

UNITS, INCLUDING CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 347

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 27,

3

2017, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the

4

Efficacy and Cost of Implementing a Recycling Program for All Multi-Family Residential Units,

5

Including Condominium Complexes" and as amended by resolution No. 183 passed by the House

6

of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved April 11, 2018, entitled

7

"House Resolution Amending the Membership and Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates

8

of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Efficacy and Cost of Implementing a

9

Recycling Program for All Multi-Family Residential Units, Including Condominium Complexes"

10

and as extended by resolution No. 071 passed by the House of Representatives at its January

11

session, A.D. 2019, and approved February 5, 2019, entitled "House Resolution Extending the

12

Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Efficacy and

13

Cost of Implementing a Recycling Program for All Multi-Family Residential Units, Including

14

Condominium Complexes" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

15

House of Representatives on or before April 30, 2020, and said commission shall expire on May

16

22, 2020; and be it further

17

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 347 passed by the

18

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 27, 2017, and as

amended by resolution No. 183 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

2

A.D. 2018, and approved April 11, 2018, and as extended by resolution No. 071 passed by the

3

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved February 5, 2019, be

4

and the same is hereby rescinded.

IMPLEMENTING A RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR ALL MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

UNITS, INCLUDING CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES

     This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative

2

commission to study the efficacy and cost of implementing a recycling program for multi-family

3

residential units from April 30, 2019, to April 30, 2020, and said commission would expire on

4

May 22, 2020.
