MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $770,000 TO THE RHODE ISLAND EXECUTIVE

OFFICE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PROVIDER

HOME CARE PROGRAM

     RESOLVED, There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not

otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2019-2020, the sum of seven hundred seventy thousand

dollars ($770,000) to the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to begin implementing

the Individual Provider Home Care Program; and the state controller is hereby authorized and

directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum, or so much

thereof as may be from time to time required, upon receipt of properly authenticated vouchers.
