RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Mary |
2 | Beth Hauser may join Julie Shellard and Anthony Marino in marriage within the Town of |
3 | Middletown, on or about July 13, 2019. Mary Beth Hauser is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 |
5 | of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
