	RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- PUBLIC HEALTH AND WORKPLACE
	SAFETY ACT

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 23-20.10 of the General Laws entitled "Public Health and
2	Workplace Safety Act" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
3	23-20.10-17. Authority the town of Warren.
4	The town of Warren is hereby authorized and empowered, through its respective
5	legislative body, to enact ordinances for the purpose of regulating the sale of tobacco, flavored
6	tobacco products, electronic vaporizer devices and liquids used in electronic vapor devices in
7	accordance with this chapter.
8	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
