It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Doreen M. Costa may join Tonya McCarthy and David Tacey in marriage within the |
3 | Town of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about September 9, 2019. The Honorable Doreen |
4 | M. Costa is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant |
5 | to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
