	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Janine
2	Hesford may join Sabra M. Lepore and Ralph E. Orlandi in marriage within the Town of Lincoln,
3	Rhode Island, on or about May 4, 2019. Janine Hesford is hereby authorized and empowered to
4	join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of
5	the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
