RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Edward |
2 | Duclos may join Christine Mae Gannon and Frederick Joseph Prescott, Jr., in marriage within the |
3 | City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about April 27, 2019. Edward Duclos is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
