	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Andrew
2	Gavin may join Alison Gavin and Joey Ho in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island,
3	on or about May 4, 2019. Andrew Gavin is hereby authorized and empowered to join the
4	foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the
5	General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
