RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES - DISORDERLY CONDUCT | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 11-9-11 of the General Laws in Chapter 11-9 entitled "Children" is |
2 | hereby repealed. |
3 | 11-9-11. Designation of curfew streets. |
4 | The police commissioners of any city or town having a police commission, and the chief |
5 | of police of any other city or town, may designate certain streets in the city or town as curfew |
6 | streets. No minor under sixteen (16) years of age shall be allowed to loiter on any curfew street |
7 | after 9 o'clock (9:00) p.m., unless accompanied by some adult person. |
8 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
