It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 11-11-5 of the General Laws in Chapter 11-11 entitled "Disorderly |
2 | Conduct" is hereby repealed. |
3 | 11-11-5. Profanity. |
4 | Every person who shall be guilty of profane swearing and cursing shall be fined not |
5 | exceeding five dollars ($5.00). |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
