It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Charles E. |
2 | Alfano, Justice of the Peace, Connecticut, may join Caitlin Elizabeth Alfano and Vincent |
3 | Nicholas Santaniello in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about May 26, |
4 | 2018. Charles E. Alfano is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in |
5 | marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled |
6 | "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
