RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dr. Victor |
2 | Pedro and Ann Allen may join Mary G. Basler and Joseph J. Reale, Jr., in marriage within the |
3 | Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about June 30, 2018. Dr. Victor Pedro and Ann Allen |
4 | are hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and |
5 | in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
