It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Eugene |
2 | Joseph Reiber, Justice of the Peace, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, may join Jillian Lawlor |
3 | and Mark F. Talacci in marriage within the Town of Middletown, Rhode Island, on or about July |
4 | 23, 2016. Eugene Joseph Reiber is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing |
5 | persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General |
6 | Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
