It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert |
2 | E.P. Elmer, III, Justice of the Peace, State of Connecticut, may join Kelly Elizabeth Joyce and |
3 | Robert Taylor Ingraham in marriage within the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island, on or about |
4 | June 11, 2016. Robert E.P. Elmer, III, is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing |
5 | persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General |
6 | Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
