1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 220
2	passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, entitled,
3	"HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO
4	ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF
5	CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES," and as amended by
6	resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2015, and
7	approved May 12, 2015, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION REINSTATING AND EXTENDING
8	THE COMMISSION LIFE AND AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL
9	LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE
10	EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING
11	DISABILITIES" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of
12	Representatives on or before February 28, 2017, and said commission shall expire on May 28,
13	2017; and be it further

1	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 220 passed by the
2	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, and as
3	amended by resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,
4	A.D. 2015, and approved May 12, 2015, be and same is hereby rescinded.

	EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special house
2	commission to assess and make recommendations on the educational needs of children with
3	Dyslexia and/or reading disabilities from February 29, 2016, to February 28, 2017, and said
4	commission would expire on May 28, 2017.
