RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Georgianna Jordan, Justice of the Peace, Somerset, Massachusetts, may join Donna |
3 | Marie Buonanni and Randall Clark Reed in marriage within the Town of Tiverton, Rhode Island, |
4 | on or about July 9, 2016. The Honorable Georgianna Jordan is hereby authorized and empowered |
5 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 |
6 | of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
