RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary the Honorable Ellen F. |
2 | Gesmer, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division may join Anna |
3 | G. Lubiner and David T. Hoffman in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or |
4 | about January 14, 2017.The Honorable Judge Ellen F. Gesmer is hereby authorized and |
5 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter |
6 | 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
