RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Michael Stallman, retired New York State Supreme Court Judge, may join Brynne |
3 | Lehner and Scott Colton in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about |
4 | September 4, 2016. The Honorable Michael Stallman is hereby authorized and empowered to join |
5 | the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the |
6 | General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
