It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Jayne |
2 | Marie Davolio, Justice of the Peace, Millbury, Massachusetts, may join Michael Alan Watson, |
3 | Jr., and John Peter Rondeau in marriage within the Town of Smithfield, Rhode Island, on or about |
4 | September 3, 2016. Jayne Marie Davolio is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
5 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the |
6 | General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
