It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 42-13 of the General Laws entitled "The Rhode Island Bridge |
2 | Replacement, Reconstruction and Maintenance Fund" is hereby amended by adding thereto the |
3 | following section: |
4 | 42-13.1-18. Enforcement. -- No toll facility erected and/or operated pursuant to this |
5 | chapter shall engage, in any manner, in the enforcement or assistance in the enforcement of any |
6 | traffic laws in effect except as specifically authorized in §§42-13.1-11 and 42-13.1-12. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
