RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable William W. O'Brien may join Jillian A. Avella and Joseph D. Pearl in marriage within |
3 | the City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on April 10, 2016. The Honorable William W. O'Brien is |
4 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
