RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable John D. Casey, First Justice for the Norfolk Probate and Family Court, Norfolk |
3 | County, Massachusetts, may join Kialie Mae Boardman and Jonathon Paul Graziano in marriage |
4 | within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 18, 2016. The Honorable John D. |
5 | Casey is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to |
6 | and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
7 | Marriages." |
8 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
