It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Kathryn |
2 | Anschutz may join Maggie O'Neil and Michael McInnis in marriage within the Town of New |
3 | Shoreham, Rhode Island, on or about June 11, 2016. Kathryn Anschutz is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter |
5 | 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
