It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, His |
2 | Excellency Michael Stanley Dukakis may join Kaitlyn Ann Vollucci and Nathan Ross |
3 | Mackinnon in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about September 24, |
4 | 2016. His Excellency Michael Stanley Dukakis is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
5 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the |
6 | General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
