It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Andrew |
2 | George Caruolo may join Shane Robert Whittet and Caitlin Pam Sherman in marriage within the |
3 | Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, on or about August 14, 2015. Andrew George Caruolo is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to an in accordance |
5 | with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitle "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
