2	otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the

5	The sum of $390.00 to pay the claim of Lynn Zanfagna of 4 Mills Drive, Johnston,
6	Rhode Island 02919 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect on Route 116 at
7	or near Knotty Oak Road on or about February 22, 2015.
8	Representative Stephen R. Ucci
9	The sum of $1,000 to pay the claim of Giuseppe Mattiello of 9 Star Lane, Cranston,
10	Rhode Island 02920 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect on Route 10
11	south bound at or near Union Avenue in the city of Providence on or about December 26, 2014.
