RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable John D. Casey, First Justice for the Norfolk Probate Family Court, Norfolk County, |
3 | Massachusetts, may join Jane Casey and Adam Licurse in marriage within the City of East |
4 | Providence, Rhode Island, on or about August 22, 2015. The Honorable John D. Casey is hereby |
5 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
6 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
