RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable James B. Lampke, Justice of the Peace in Massachusetts, may join Erica Kilduff and |
3 | Michael Lane in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about November 7, |
4 | 2015. The Honorable James B. Lampke is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
5 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 of the |
6 | general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
