It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Luke |
2 | Anthony DiNezza may join Cara Jean Sammartino and Daniel Robert Cerio in marriage within |
3 | the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about October 30, 2015. Luke Anthony DiNezza |
4 | is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
