It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael J. |
2 | Mulcahy, II, may join Jennifer L. Mulcahy and Daniel P. O’Brien in marriage within the Town of |
3 | West Greenwich, Rhode Island, on or about September 27, 2015. Michael J. Mulcahy, II, is |
4 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
