RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Arthur M. Diamond, Judge of the Nassau County Supreme Court, New York, may join |
3 | Brian Benjamin McDevitt Goldberger and Kimberly Francis Morse in marriage within the Town |
4 | of Middletown, Rhode Island, on or about June 27, 2015. The Honorable Arthur M. Diamond is |
5 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
6 | accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
