RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Norman |
2 | Rogers may join Rebecca Choi and Charles Payne in marriage within the Town of Portsmouth, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about October 9, 2015. Norman Rogers is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 |
5 | of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
