RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Elizabeth |
2 | Ann Elrick may join Nancy Elizabeth Leslie and Maria Louise Meleschnig in marriage within the |
3 | Town of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about August 1, 2015. Elizabeth Ann Elrick is |
4 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
