RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Matthew |
2 | V. Doria may join Courtney Brooke Fraser and Brian Paul Williams in marriage within the City |
3 | of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about September 26, 2015. Matthew V. Doria is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriage." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
