It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 23-1 of the General Laws entitled "Department of Health" is |
2 | hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 23-1-59. Use of electronic nicotine-delivery system products. – No person shall use |
4 | electronic nicotine-delivery systems in an indoor facility. |
5 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
