	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
2	Honorable Nicholas A. Mattiello, Speaker of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, may
3	join Tiffany Maria Carnevale and Frank J. Russo, Jr., in marriage within the City of Newport,
4	Rhode Island, on or about July 2, 2015. The Honorable Nicholas A. Mattiello is hereby
5	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
6	accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
