RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Robert John Malone, Justice of the Connecticut Superior Court, may join Amanda |
3 | Lauren Heckert and Robert George Malone in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode |
4 | Island, on or about October 3, 2015. The Honorable Robert John Malone is hereby authorized and |
5 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
6 | 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
