RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Gary M. Kuch, Judge, Otsego Town Court, New York, may join Heather Margaret |
3 | Barry and Samuel Clarence Paterson in marriage within the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island, on |
4 | or about June 13, 2015. The Honorable Gary M. Kuch is hereby authorized and empowered to |
5 | join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the |
6 | general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
